As an artist, I had crawled into a hole for the past several years. Why?

To focus on acting.

But! I haven't forgotten the many artists who are my friends, my family and my inspirations. Thank you to all who have continued to stay connected to me, despite my long Hiatus.

So, here's where you guys can come in...

This year, right after I graduated from an acting conservatory , I was cast in a feature film called The Pain Killers.

It is a Superheroes VS Zombies action thriller.


I've become fast and good friends with the director and producers and since they were so busy with everything else to do with the film, I volunteered my help with the movie's webpage and facebook fan page. I told them I'd do it for free, so naturally... they were all for it.



Because of this, I've been granted permission to put whatever I want on the website, as well as the FB page. We've already commissioned to create some of the concept artwork for the film (to be included in the movie's art book that we are sending to investors of the film for their contributions. We'll also be selling this book to the public to raise funds for the second film.).

No matter how good it is, it may be:

-loved by film investors and you will receive ample compensation (depending quantity and quality this could be hundreds to thousands of dollars).

Aside from the money...

How much publicity would your Pain Killers artwork get?
-The drummer of Yellowcard is producing the movie's sound track.
-A popular comic book publishing company that has made arcs for Star Trek, Transformers, Ghostbusters, Doctor Who and G.I. Joe, among others, is considering turning the film into a graphic novel.
-Actor Erik Aude is co-starring in it with me. (He is well known for a Locked Up Abroad episode dedicated to him; he played himself. He has also appeared on NCIS LA, Partners, Rizzoli & Isles, All My Children, CSI, Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives, Dude Where's My Car and many other TV shows and films.)
-This film doubles as PILOT and is being considered by TV stations as a regular series.

This offer/contest (of sorts) will be in effect until December 1st of this year, when the payments will be dispersed to the best artists (though if you're incredible, you may be commissioned on the spot when you submit). December is when we need to ship out the art books to investors.

The CHARACTERS:

See the actors for reference in this Publicity Photoshoot, located on the website (which is very much under construction).

    Dr. Cassandra Ross - Doesn't have super powers but is the inventor of the serum that caused everyone's powers. (Was supposed to just be a zombie cure.)

    Silas - Sharp-shooter with health regeneration

    Roman - can shoot energy blasts/bullets and can make a force-field

    Malachai - Fire (ignites from hands.)

    Reverend Lassiter - Teleportion (self and others)

    Elise - Wields a spiked bat and has super-strength

    Harlow - Telepathy and mind-control/persuasion (when activated, a halo forms around her head.)

    Jin-Jung - Sword master (katana) with super-speed

The majority of the team fights zombies. Reverend Lassiter, Harlow and Cassandra are unlikely to fight. The more the heroes use their powers, the more the black serum leaks from their bodies (nose, ears, etc.).
